By using this website and/or purchasing or receiving the Dušanov Zlatnik token (hereinafter: "Token"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following terms:

  1. The “Dušanov Zlatnik” token is a symbol of community and cultural heritage, and does not constitute an investment instrument or financial product.
  2. The token is not registered as a security in any jurisdiction, nor is it represented as such.
  3. Purchasing the token does not grant rights to dividends, governance, ownership, profits, or any financial return.
  4. The token’s price is symbolic and determined for cultural-historical reasons, not market mechanisms.
  5. Users acknowledge and accept that they receive or purchase the Token at their own risk.
  6. All transactions take place via the BNB Smart Chain and are irreversible.
  7. This website does not store private keys nor guarantees wallet security.
  8. The project reserves the right to update rules, goals, and directions in the future, with prior notice.
  9. Purchase of the token is not available to persons from countries with strict digital asset regulations, including but not limited to the United States, Canada, and China.
  10. The user is solely responsible for fulfilling all tax obligations arising as a result of receiving, using, selling, or gifting the token. The issuer or distributor of the token bears no responsibility for any tax liabilities, filings, or payments that the user must perform in accordance with the applicable laws of their jurisdiction.
  11. The user has read and understood the legal disclaimer.
  12. The user has read and understood the privacy policy.
  13. The user has read and understood the utility status provisions of the token and acknowledges that the token is not a financial instrument, security, or investment vehicle.
